For over twenty years I have been making significant contributions to the cultural landscape of regional NSW as an arts manager, artist, educator and advocate.

I know how to put big creative projects together and I know how to connect communities and artists together. I love helping artists develop their ideas into reality. I love watching communities transform through engaging in creative practice.

Over the last nine years I have led one of regional NSW's most successful arts organisations, producing many significant and impactful community based projects. I have created short-term and ongoing employment opportunities for professional artists and developed projects that celebrate and showcase the diversity of regional NSW.

As my career progresses I look forward to sharing my experience, expanding projects across NSW, working with more communities to design longer-term projects that will effect real change on people's lives and developing strategies to amplify the voices of regional Australia.
