Rosie has over 20 years’ experience leading programs in festivals and performing arts touring and supporting regional communities to host their own creative experiences. She works to understand strategic, sector-wide responses to program design and implementation.
She is currently the Manager, Industry Development and Training at PAC Australia, delivering professional development and training programs for the network of over 250+ performing arts centres across Australia.
Rosie holds a Master of Arts and Cultural Management and a Graduate Certificate in Climate Change Adaptation.
Having witnessed art transforming communities, she is now examining how art can transform our relationship with the planet.
