I am an artist with a science background. I have worked with several science organizations including CSIRO and UNSW. My work, which is composed of primarily drawing and kinetic sculpture is strongly influence by ideas from genetics which was my research field. I use that in my work to explore ideas around uncertainty, stability and emergence. I also work to bring ideas from the nexus of art and science to the broader public. I am contributing a public program for National Science Week (2020) where artists and scientists will be in conversation called Coffee In The Studio.
Field Trip is an international research symposium investigating creative practice at the intersection of art, science, technology and the environment.
