I'm currently completing my BFA Drama and a cert III in Auslan! I work broadly across the independent theatre and events industry, with a particular interest in community engaged projects. I enjoy facilitation and social justice and hope to start a masters next year exploring best practice for accessibility and inclusivity (First nations, disability, gender, health, sexual orientation, age, location etc.) for creative practitioners during a production process. I want to finish my diploma in Auslan and work for a company like AuslanStageLeft as an interpreter for performance events. 

Coming from a metropolitan/ regional centre and having to travel to the city for study and work opportunities, I'm also ridiculously interested in social policy and getting the arts out of city centres and across the whole of Australia. 

My ideal projects are transdisciplinary (this includes disciplines which are not the arts!), people orientated, political, connected to, created and informed by community, spread joy in process and outcome and are meaningful for all involved.

To attend Arts Front U30 would be an incredible opportunity for me. I am at the point in my career where I am immersing myself more fully in the industry and would love the opportunity to have important conversations about the future of the arts and my future in the arts. I think this conference is soo important and that it is a wonderful opportunity for all to learn, grow and connect.
