Carolin Saan is a creative arts and community engagement professional based in Melbourne. Working in Film & Visual Culture and Community Development for local government bodies, NGOs and arts institutions over the last eight years, Carolin is passionate about bringing innovative ideas and meaning to visual storytelling projects. Her interests lie in contemporary visual practices and their potential to examine issues of our current times. At EFFA, Carolin is delivering the festival's community participation and engagement programs which are rooted in social and environmental justice, collaboration and accessibility.
